Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, helpful and accurate information to prospective students about the university and degree programs, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of university services and offices. Assist with walk-in counseling for prospective graduate students, enrollment reporting and application data review. Assist with reception, greeting guests, filing, answering phones, emails, faxing, copying, mailings, data entry, processing fulfillment. Deliver and pick up packages at various locations within the university. Work independently on ongoing research projects, assemble reports. Assist with scheduled class visits for prospective students, Assist with event preparations and set up, engage with prospect student population without supervision.

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong public relation, communication and written skills and ability to perform multiple tasks preferred. Working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, powerpoint, internet)
