Responsibilities:

-Planning and coordinating student engagement events throughout the year

-Provide administrative support to the department, including the handling of items with confidential material

-Knowledgeable about resources, departments, and support offices on campus and who they serve for student success

-Staff events including the setup and break down of events. may be asked to carry items to event spaces.

-Participate in graduate orientation and other events throughout the semester

-Refer student questions to the appropriate offices

-Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 3.0 GPA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Able to work both independently and collaboratively on projects
Professional, collegiate and polite attitude
Time management skills
